Reviewer Policies

1. Reviewers Guidelines
Reviewers are expected to provide unbiased and constructive feedback on the manuscripts assigned to them. They should evaluate the originality, quality, clarity, and relevance of the research. All reviews should be completed within the specified timeline. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality regarding the content of the manuscript and the review process. Feedback should be respectful, specific, and aimed at improving the quality of the work.

2. Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosures (specific to reviewers)
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality in reviewing a manuscript. This includes financial ties, personal relationships, or academic competition that could influence their judgment. If a conflict of interest is identified, reviewers must recuse themselves from reviewing the manuscript. Full disclosure ensures transparency and fairness in the peer review process.
