Training CRM Integration
DUF's Training CRM may provide the administrative layer supporting CPD activities, including registration, participant communication, attendance, completion records, feedback, and certificate verification. The Training CRM is therefore an operational system supporting CPD delivery rather than the CPD programme itself.
Certificates & CPD Recognition
A DUF-issued certificate records participation in the specified activity. It should not be represented as an academic degree, professional licence, government-recognized qualification, or independently accredited CPD credit unless the particular programme has received such recognition from an appropriately authorized external organization.
