Digital Certificates provides a secure and verifiable record of certificates issued through eligible Digital University Foundation programmes and activities, integrated with DUF's training and participant-management workflows including Training CRM.

Certificate Records

A digital certificate may contain participant name, programme or activity title, issuing organization, date of issue, certificate type, a unique verification identifier, and a verification link or mechanism.

Verification

Where online verification is available, a recipient, institution, or other authorized party can use the certificate identifier or verification link to confirm the certificate corresponds to a record maintained by the issuing programme. Verification confirms the authenticity of the DUF-issued record — it does not independently establish government recognition, professional accreditation, academic equivalence, or licensing status.

Types of Certificates

Certificates may record attendance, participation, successful completion, fellowship participation, conference involvement, or workshop/training completion. The certificate states clearly what the recipient actually completed or participated in.

Credential Integrity

Certificates are only issued where the participant has satisfied the requirements published for the relevant programme. Where a certificate is withdrawn, corrected, or replaced, the verification record reflects its current status.
