Digital University Foundation welcomes structured collaboration with universities, research institutions, scholarly societies, publishers, professional organizations, laboratories, industry partners, and other organizations whose activities align with DUF's academic and research objectives.

Formal collaborations may be established through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), project agreements, service agreements, or other appropriate institutional arrangements.

Partnership Process

A proposed collaboration normally begins with an expression of interest and discussion of the intended objectives. Where both organizations identify a suitable basis for collaboration, the parties define scope, responsibilities, governance, financial arrangements where applicable, IP and data arrangements, duration, and confidentiality requirements.

An MoU does not, by itself, imply accreditation, regulatory recognition, financial sponsorship, exclusivity, or endorsement unless the agreement specifically establishes such a relationship.
