Digital University Foundation supports the preparation, publication, and dissemination of scholarly conference proceedings arising from conferences, symposia, workshops, and other academic events — containing full papers, extended abstracts, abstracts, posters, or other contributions according to each event's publication policy.

Editorial & Review Process

Conference submissions may undergo editorial screening and/or peer review according to the stated policy of the conference. The proceedings clearly disclose conference/organizer information, the editorial or scientific committee, review process, publisher, copyright terms, and applicable ISBN/ISSN. Acceptance for presentation does not automatically mean acceptance for publication unless the event's policy explicitly establishes a combined process.

DOI Registration

Eligible conference papers may receive DOIs through the responsible publisher's DOI registration arrangement. DOI registration is part of the publication workflow where applicable — it is not automatically provided to every conference contribution.

Indexing

Publication of proceedings or assignment of a DOI, ISBN, or ISSN does not guarantee inclusion in Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, or any other external discovery or indexing service. Any indexing claim relating to proceedings should be independently verifiable from the relevant service.
